Sexuality
Yes gender and sexuality are two completely different things. However, both are very significant aspects of identity and the two also have an intimate relationship with one another. This is why we do not only specialize in gender identity we also have a specialized knowledge of sexuality and all LGBTQ issues. We have therapists that can explore sexuality and any struggles that come with that. We are very experienced in supporting individuals who have been shamed or rejected by loved ones due to their sexual identity. This is a painful journey that is hard to maneuver alone. We also provide specialized support to LGBTQ couples and families. We have therapists that are experienced in couples therapy and can address all of the following: Relational conflict, Sex and intimacy struggles Divorce Attachment Trust issues Betrayal or infidelity Domestic violence Family structure Parenting Faith/Religion At GIC you will find a community of therapist who create a safe a private place to discuss sexuality and identity. Sexuality is complex, deep, significant, and sometimes confusing aspect of identity. All of the following identities are welcomed with open arms: Pansexual, Asexual, homosexual, heterosexual, gay, lesbian, bisexual, bicurious, queer, questioning, or any others

Whether your struggle is depression, anxiety, or trauma, we have the expertise to support you as well as an understanding of love for the LGBTQ community.
